Victorian Office Closure and Remote Operations

On Wednesday night, we, like many businesses in Victoria, will be forced to close our physical offices in Victoria for a minimum of six weeks. While we would rather remain operating in the same manner in which we have, this is not possible. We do not, however, expect it to affect our service offering to you.

As we have expanded during the past two years, we have focussed on how to be more agile in the running of our business, and that has meant adopting many cloud-based solutions for the computer system that lie at the heart of how we operate. This means our staff can work from home with little impact to their service.

In Victoria, the following applies:

  • Our office will be closed to the public for 6 weeks, or as directed by the Victorian Government.
  • We will handle client meetings via video chat or telephone.
  • Our expert team remains available and ready to work with you and your clients to help them in these tough times.

There is no change to how our offices in other states operate.
