Janice Tan

Janice is a Chartered Accountant and an Assistant Manager at Hamilton Murphy Advisory. Janice has 9 years of experience working in corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency. Janice also has experience in personal insolvency during her early years in the insolvency space. 

Janice has experience working on voluntary administrations, managing properties under Mortgagee in Possession, receiverships, and liquidations across diverse industries. Fluent in five languages – English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Malay, Janice’s multilingual abilities, particularly in Mandarin, has proven invaluable when assisting Chinese creditors. 

Janice has completed a Master of Advanced Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting majoring in accounting and finance. She has also completed Advanced Certification specialising in Advanced Insolvency with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA).
